Here at Candlellation we believe in the environment so we've been very busy in the background.
We've moved all our tin candles and wax melts over to coconut wax. That's no small feet for all the fragrances we have.
We've been asked by our lovely customers if we could make soaps and lip balms for them, so we have!
We care about the environment and the unnecessary use of plastics.
We're always striving to use sustainable materials where we can.
All our fragrances and waxes are not tested on animals and contain no animal products. Even the glue dots we use are plant based.
We've compiled a set of rules that should be followed to get the best out of your candles, in the safest way. Have a look at our Candle Etiquette.

Tunneling is when a candle only burns around the wick and the wax never melts to the edge of the jar. This can happen if you didn’t burn your candle for long enough. You may get very slight tunneling, and this can tend to resolve itself once the candle burns down the jar. There can be times though where the tunneling just keep worsening. Once this happens it can be tricky to fix, so we do recommend that on your first burn you always make sure to burn your jar candle for 4 hours. Subsequent burns should be 2-4 hours.
